In the project, we found out that MoWaS users in control and situation centres would like to receive support in the operation of MoWaS.
We then developed offers to support the users in order to make the system more accessible. With the “MoWaS Academy”, we put a new training system into operation and also introduced an annual user conference for MoWaS users.
In order to make warnings more effective, we also developed a concept for “instructor training”, which includes technical training as well as training on how to prepare the content of warning messages.
